Getting started

Creating your first AI Agent is a smooth and straightforward process. To help you explore Ada’s platform, your Ada representative will provide you with a link to your Agent. This allows you to test key features, interact with the dashboard, and see how your Agent responds to customer inquiries—all before making any long-term commitments.

You’ll begin by creating a simple AI Agent based on knowledge sources, enabling it to provide accurate responses to customer questions. Once your AI Agent is set up and tested, you can enhance it with automation by adding elements that can perform tasks and streamline interactions. This two-step approach ensures you build a functional AI Agent quickly while allowing room for advanced customization as you refine your automation strategy.

Depending on how your AI Agent has been configured, you may or may not see both setup flows. For details on when they appear, see When you’ll see this setup process in Create a simple AI Agent and Enhance your AI Agent with automation.
