This allows you to test key features, interact with the dashboard, and see how your Agent responds to customer inquiries—all before making any long-term commitments.

You’ll begin by creating a simple AI Agent based on knowledge sources, enabling it to provide accurate responses to customer questions. Once your AI Agent is set up and tested, you can enhance it with automation by adding elements that can perform tasks and streamline interactions.
