Coaching is a way to enhance your AI Agent’s training by reviewing past conversations in the Conversations view. It helps refine your agent’s responses and improve performance over time. Coaching allows you to guide your AI learning process for better accuracy.

Before getting started with Coaching, make sure your AI Agent’s core elements—like Knowledge, Actions, and Processes—are in place. Other core features may also apply depending on your setup.
