Ada Chat can be embedded into a website or mobile app, making it easy for customers to interact with your AI Agent. Chat is a core channel that provides a smooth way to engage users and automate support.

Before setting up Chat, make sure your AI agent’s core elements—like Knowledge, Actions, and Processes—are in place. Other core features may also apply depending on your setup.

This section covers how to set up and manage the Chat channel for your AI Agent. You’ll learn how to get started with chat, customize your AI Agent’s branding, and configure chat settings. It also explains how to embed Ada on your website or app, restrict access to approved domains, manage Launch Controls, and ensure browser compatibility. You can use these settings to create a smooth chat experience for your customers.
