Temporarily turn off your bot without changing your code

Have you already embedded your bot on your website or app, but want to turn your bot off temporarily? There’s a quick way you can turn off your bot without having to edit that code.

  1. On the Ada dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Under Channels Integrations, beside Ada Web Chat, switch the toggle to Off.

Later, when you’re ready to turn your bot on again, you can switch the toggle back to On.
