To embed Ada, you have to add some custom code to your website or app. We support adding Ada to HTML websites, using a script we call Embed2; or you can add it to your iOS or Android apps.
Here’s how to find the code you need:
On the Ada dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Channels Integrations, beside Ada Web Chat, click Configure. The Configure Web Chat window opens.
On the Installation tab, scroll to the Embed script for the platform you want to add Ada to. Copy that code so you can add it to your website or app.
