Ready to get your bot up and running on your website or mobile app? The process is different for each platform, and each one also comes with additional customization options.

If you’re embedding Ada on a website, our complete Embed2 documentation provides additional customization options, and advanced installation instructions for your technical team.

Visit the Ada Embed Directory to learn about embedding Ada on your website and see various examples in action.

Find the embed code you need

To embed Ada, you have to add some custom code to your website or app. We support adding Ada to HTML websites, using a script we call Embed2; or you can add it to your iOS or Android apps.

Here’s how to find the code you need:

  1. On the Ada dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Under Channels Integrations, beside Ada Web Chat, click Configure. The Configure Web Chat window opens.

  3. On the Installation tab, scroll to the Embed script for the platform you want to add Ada to. Copy that code so you can add it to your website or app.

Customize your bot experience on your app

This feature may not be included with your organization’s subscription package. For more information, see Ada’s Pricing page, or contact your Ada team.

When it comes to embedding your Ada chat bot in your organization’s native mobile apps, you can implement a WebView or upgrade to one of our SDKs for further customization options:

  • iOS SDK

  • Android SDK

  • React Native SDK
