For security purposes, your Ada dashboard session will automatically expire after eight hours. When your session expires, you’ll be logged out and will need to sign in again to continue using the dashboard.

Your Ada dashboard session will automatically expire after eight hours from when you first log in, regardless of activity level.

Tips for managing your session

To avoid losing work due to session expiration:

• Save your work frequently - Don’t rely on auto-save features for important changes
• Plan for breaks - If you need to step away for more than eight hours, save your work and expect to log in again
