Overview

Add your AI Agent to your website or mobile app. The process is different for each platform, and each one also comes with additional customization options.

If you’re embedding on a website, the complete Embed2 documentation provides additional customization options and advanced installation instructions for your technical team.

Quick start

Add your Chat widget to a website in a few steps.

On the Ada dashboard, go to Config > CHANNELS > Chat.

Go to the Installation tab.

Copy the embed script for your platform.

Add the code to your website or app.

Implementation & usage

Add your AI Agent to websites and mobile apps.

Find the embed code

To embed your AI Agent, add custom code to your website or app. Ada supports adding to HTML websites using Embed2, or to iOS and Android apps using SDKs.

To find the embed code:

  1. On the Ada dashboard, go to Config > CHANNELS > Chat, then go to the Installation tab.

  2. On the Installation tab, scroll to the Embed script for the platform you want to add your AI Agent to.

  3. Copy that code so you can add it to your website or app.

Mobile app customization

This feature may not be included with your organization’s subscription package. For more information, see Ada’s Pricing page, or contact your Ada team.

When embedding your AI Agent in your organization’s native mobile apps, you can implement a WebView or upgrade to one of the SDKs for further customization options:

  • iOS SDK

  • Android SDK

  • React Native SDK
