Change availability for Actions and knowledge articles
You can now make individual Actions or knowledge articles available for specific customers, based on values associated with those customers' metavariables.
Your AI Agent automatically sets metavariables, either through the Embed script, or through information that it can capture through the customer's browser (e.g., in web chat) or from their phone number (if you have Voice enabled). Then, you can use those metavariable values to make availability rules for Actions or knowledge articles.
