Rules can tell apart Sunshine Conversations channels that share one AI Agent

The new sunshine_integration_id variable holds the ID of the Sunshine Conversations integration that sent the end user’s latest message. Ada sets it before the AI Agent answers each message. When several Sunshine Conversations channels, such as two web chats, share one Agent, a Rule or a Playbook condition can compare it with the integration ID of each channel. When the end user switches channels, their next message sets the value to the new channel’s ID. If a message carries no integration ID, the variable keeps its last value.

Only Ada sets this variable. For the list of reserved variables, see Using variables.

Web Chat SDK: handle reset errors

Web Chat SDK version 1.16.16 retries a full reset() if a session change prevents it from clearing the session. If the retry cannot clear the session, the promise rejects with an error. The failed reset leaves the current session active and unchanged.

Use try/catch when you await reset() to handle this error. Browsers that block third-party storage can still reset the session.
