Slower read-backs for Voice confirmations
Slower read-backs for Voice confirmations
Your Voice AI Agent now speaks more slowly when it reads a captured value back to a caller to confirm it.
What’s new
Read-backs are the moment a caller is most likely to ask “sorry, can you repeat that?” — a slower delivery makes order numbers, email addresses, and dates easier to verify on the first pass.
- Applies automatically. Read-back turns are spoken at the Slow pace, and your AI Agent returns to its configured pace on the next turn. There is nothing to turn on.
- Only slows speech down. An AI Agent set to Slowest stays at Slowest for read-backs; one set to Normal or Fast drops to Slow.
- Applies to every read-back. Playbooks Ask steps and Action inputs both use the slower pace.
