New End User profile fields
Two new optional fields have been added to the End User profile object:
avatar: A URL to the end user’s avatar imagedisplay_name: The end user’s display name
Transcript Highlighting for Voice Conversations
You can now follow along with your Voice AI Agents’ call recordings more easily—transcripts are automatically highlighted in sync with playback, making it simple to track the conversation.
