Amazon Connect handoff
Documentation is now available for the Amazon Connect handoff integration. The integration allows AI Agents to escalate conversations to human agents in Amazon Connect via live chat, relaying messages and attachments bidirectionally between the end user and the agent.
The documentation covers setup, configuration, custom contact attributes, and checking queue hours of operation.

Increased test case and simulation limits
Simulations now supports more test cases and higher daily run volumes.
What’s new
- Test cases: The per-instance limit is now 1,000 (previously 100).
- Daily simulations: The daily simulation run limit is now 3,000 (previously 300).
