The Clearbit action block helps you to connect to the Clearbit API without having to write code. Clearbit is a data API that helps clients enrich their records with social, demographic, and firmographic data.

With the Clearbit Action Block, you can perform the following actions in Clearbit, all from within your bot:
Lookup Person by Email
Lookup Company by IP Address
Lookup Person and Company by Email Address
To configure:
On the Ada dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Select Clearbit under App Integrations.
Enter the Clearbit API key to connect your Clearbit account to Ada.
Before inserting the Clearbit Action block, drag in a Capture block, which is needed to record the input variable. In Clearbit’s case this is either email address, or IP address.
Drag in the Clearbit Block, and select an action. Available Actions are:
Lookup Person by Email
Lookup Company by IP Address
Lookup Person and Company by Email Address
The action you select will define the variables you need to assign to the Clearbit outputs.
Drag in a text block, and use the variables that you just assigned to the Clearbit outputs.
Don’t forget to click Save once you’ve finished working on your Answer.
