Ada CLI 1.1.7

This release changes how adacli drafts a test case from a Conversation.

Changes

This section lists what the release adds or changes.

  • testing cases from-conversation returns a draft with every personal value replaced by a fake value. The draft also has the steps to write, save, and run the test case.
  • When a Conversation cannot be read, testing cases from-conversation returns an error. Before, a failed read could look like a missing Conversation.

Deprecations

This section lists the options that a later major release removes.

  • --create, --name, and --criteria on testing cases from-conversation are deprecated. --create still saves a basic test case, built from the draft. Without --create, --name and --criteria print that basic test case in place of the draft. To save a test case, run testing cases from-conversation <conversation-id> --json, write the case from the draft’s instructions, and save it with testing cases create --from-json <file>.
