MCP: create coaching with propose_change
MCP: create coaching with propose_change
propose_change can now create new coaching, not just update existing coaching. AI assistants can analyze a conversation, identify the specific AI Agent turn that went wrong, and author coaching anchored to that event — across all six coaching types (reply, action, process, search_knowledge, handoff, and playbook). This works for both real and simulated conversations.
“Read conversation 6a3063bf350ec1850a7da889, find where the AI Agent ran the wrong refund flow, and coach it to direct customers to our returns policy instead.”

Control multilingual Knowledge ingestion
AI managers can now control whether their AI Agent ingests non-English Knowledge directly from the dashboard, using the new Multilingual Knowledge toggle in the header of the Knowledge page. This setting was previously managed by Ada on request, and is now self-serve.
When enabled, the AI Agent ingests Knowledge articles in all of your enabled languages. When disabled, only English articles are ingested, and the AI Agent generates non-English responses from your English Knowledge content.
As a reminder of how multilingual Knowledge behaves once enabled: for a non-English inquiry, the AI Agent uses only matching same-language articles when they exist (overriding any Coaching toward English articles), and otherwise falls back to your English Knowledge and replies natively in the end user’s language.
