New ways to add content to your AI Agent
We’ve made it even easier to add your website content to your AI Agent, so it can use that content to generate responses to your customers:

You can use Ada’s web scraper to import entire websites or specific webpages into your AI Agent.

Create structured responses in your generative AI Agent
We have added a new feature called Processes, which you can use to build structured text responses in your AI Agent.

Merged Text and Shuffle blocks
We’ve made writing content easier by merging Text and Shuffle blocks. Now, within your Text blocks, you can generate message variations using AI, or add them manually.
