Ada's AI Agent relies on knowledge sources to interpret customer inquiries and provide accurate responses. Supplying this information is the first step in building an AI Agent.

There are several ways to [add knowledge](/docs/knowledge/content-ingestion) to your agent—you can [connect a knowledge base](/docs/knowledge/content-ingestion/knowledge-integration), [import website content](/docs/knowledge/content-ingestion/web-import), or [create knowledge articles](/docs/knowledge/content-ingestion/article-creation). You can also [manage your knowledge articles](/docs/knowledge/article-management) to activate, deactivate, or restrict access to articles.
