# Change sets: rollout cap lowered to 90%

The percentages of all active change set rollouts on an Agent can now add up to 90% at most. The previous cap was 100%. The remaining 10% of new conversations stay on the live Agent, so you always have a baseline to compare against. See the [`edit_agent_behavior` limits](/mcp/tools/edit-agent-behavior#limits).

Active rollouts above 90% keep running until they complete or you stop them. While the total is above 90%, you cannot start a new rollout or save a rollout edit that keeps the total above 90%.
